Green Door is a boutique studio offering creative sessions, workshops and events by booking or registration. We do not maintain regular walk-in hours, allowing us to keep the studio comfortable, prepared and welcoming for each guest.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available for Green Door guests.

Yes. Children are welcome at age-appropriate workshops and Creative Sessions.

Children ages 5–12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their visit. An accompanying adult who is there to assist or supervise the child does not need to book a separate project. Adults who would also like to participate can book their own project or place.

Age requirements may vary by project or workshop and will be noted in the description.

Please let us know about any known allergies or sensitivities when booking, including sensitivities to art materials, fragrances, foods or beverages.

We will do our best to provide information about the materials being used and make reasonable accommodations where possible. As Green Door is a shared creative space, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent all cross-contact.

Yes. Green Door welcomes private creative gatherings and small-group experiences, including get-togethers, celebrations and other special occasions.

Absolutely. Come on your own, bring a friend or join a group. Green Door is designed to be a comfortable, welcoming and judgment-free space where you can create at your own pace.

A Creative Session lets you book studio time by the hour and choose a project from the Green Door Craft Menu. Studio time is booked first, and your chosen craft or project is added separately at an additional cost. Guidance and support are available throughout your session.

A Workshop is a scheduled experience centred around a specific project, technique or activity. The price, supplies included and other details will be listed in the individual workshop description.

Choose the amount of studio time you would like to book. After selecting your time, you’ll choose a craft or project from the available add-on menu.

The cost of your chosen project is added to your studio time and includes the supplies needed to complete that project unless otherwise stated.

The hourly Creative Session fee covers your studio time; your chosen craft or project is added separately when booking.

The amount of time you’ll need depends on the project you choose and your own pace. Suggested times are provided with each craft or project to help you choose.

If you enjoy taking your time or simply want a more relaxed creative experience, you’re welcome to book additional studio time.

Same-day extensions are subject to studio availability.

There’s no pressure to rush. If you need more time to complete your project, additional studio time may be purchased on the same day, subject to availability.

If additional time isn’t available that day, or you would prefer to return another day, you may book additional studio time to continue your project. Green Door can safely hold your project until your next Creative Session when needed.

For safety and consistency within the studio, outside projects, art materials and craft supplies are not permitted.Green Door provides the projects and materials used during Creative Sessions and workshops.

If there is a project you would like to try that is not currently listed on the Green Door Craft Menu, please contact Green Door before booking. When possible, and with enough advance notice, the necessary supplies may be sourced for you. Any additional material or project costs will be discussed before your booking.

Creative Sessions: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Creative Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.

Workshops & Events: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Workshop and event registrations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled to another date. Facilitator commitments are made and supplies may be purchased in advance based on the number of registrations.

Transferring Your Booking: Creative Session, workshop and event bookings may be transferred to another person. Green Door must be notified in advance of the change, and the new guest must complete all required waivers before participating.

If Green Door or the facilitator cancels a workshop or event, registered guests will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their payment to another Green Door offering.
